Established in 1989, Nantong Yashe Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Nantong City in eastern China, adjacent to Shanghai. It is a well-known modern factory specializing in the production of high-quality soldering iron tips. Yashe enjoys a strong reputation in the global market, boasting a large-scale operation and is highly recognized by numerous renowned enterprises for its exceptional product quality.

With over 30 years of experience in soldering iron tip production and processing, Yashe has established professional and comprehensive production lines and mature operational management system. Our factory covers an area of over 20,000 square meters (4.942 acres), with approximately 150 employees, and is equipped with over 100 CNC lathe and milling machines. The annual production capacity of soldering iron tips exceeds 10 million pieces.

Quality Control

During the production process, employees perform self-inspection and on-site inspections. Random product sampling inspections are conducted before shipment.

During electroplating, we conduct real-time pH value and temperature detection on the solution.

Our laboratory is equipped with optical measurement machine and soldering iron tip lifespan testing machine to conduct structural inspections, lifespan testing, and high-temperature resistance testing of soldering iron tips.

In 2003, based on the awareness of environmental protection, Yashe took the lead in launching lead-free products, promising that the harmful metal content in all soldering iron tips will comply with RoHS environmental standards.

The workmanship of the soldering iron tips from this brand is very precise, and the tips are relatively heavy, which allows for rapid heat conduction and temperature rise. During welding, the soldering iron tips can tin evenly and produce full and strong solder joints, meeting our requirements.
