Returns and Exchanges

For non-customized products, if they have not been used and their secondary sales will not be affected, customer can return or exchange the goods without reason, and the shipping cost for returning the products will be paid by the customer.

For customized products, after the customer confirms the sample, cannot be returned unless there is a quality problem.

For all products (both customized and non-customized), if serious quality problem arise and is confirmed to be true after use, Yashe provides free return and exchange services.
